Yes! Once a booking is confirmed in the app, you can assume it’s going ahead, even if the family doesn’t reply in the chat beforehand. Some parents are busy or might not have their notifications turned on.
Can’t get in touch? You can always try giving them a quick call via the phone icon in their profile in the app. Still no response? Feel free to contact our Customer Care Team, we’re happy to help.
Not sure if the booking is really happening? Always go to the address in the app at the scheduled start time.
In short: no response is not a reason to stay home, the family is counting on you!
