The babysitter needs to be at least 15 years old in order to be able to babysit via Charly Cares. If your own babysitter is not yet 15, the registration process cannot be completed. To circumvent this issue, your babysitter should enter a date of birth that ensures the minimum age of 15 years is reached. This doesn't affect anything else on the platform, since the babysitter can only be booked by you. In case she wants access to the rest of the Charly Cares platform, she will be invited to our screening. Note: in this case, the babysitter has to be at least 15 years old.
