Sorry to see you go! You can cancel your membership easily via the app:
Go to ‘Profile’ > ‘Membership’ > ‘Cancel Membership’. Your membership will be ended right away.
📱 Using an iPhone? Heads up!
Sometimes your membership is managed through your Apple account. Just to be sure, check if you need to cancel it on your iPhone too:
- Open your Settings
- Tap your name at the top
- Go to ‘Subscriptions’
- If you see your Charly Cares membership there, cancel it from that list.
No Charly Cares subscription listed? Then you’re all set – no further action needed!
