You can only cancel a booking in exceptional cases, such as if you are ill or due to special circumstances that prevent you from babysitting. You can do this yourself in the app.
Please note: If you are sick, make sure to cancel the booking in the app no later than 9:00 AM, or the evening/day before. We understand that you don’t want to cancel lightly, but please keep in mind that parents need time to find a replacement when you cancel. That’s why we ask you to cancel in the app by 9:00 AM at the latest, regardless of whether your booking starts at 1:00 PM or 8:00 PM.
