You can cancel a booking free of charge within 30 minutes after it has been accepted, unless the booking starts within 3 hours.
In addition, the following rules apply:

Cancelling more than 48 hours before the booking: Free of charge

Cancelling between 48 and 24 hours before the booking: €3.99 cancellation fee

Cancelling between 24 and 3 hours before the booking: €3.99 + 1 hour of compensation for the Angel

Cancelling within 3 hours before the start of the booking: €3.99 + 2 hours of compensation for the Angel
Please note: For a last-minute booking (starting within 3 hours), cancellation fees always apply, even if cancelled within 30 minutes of acceptance. This is because the Angel may already be on their way or preparing for the booking.
